Bad experience
I booked the run for 5 people so my I invested in half marathons. We received an email that race of the living night of the runners bib pick up was at 6 am. And race started at 6:30. We got there at 6:15 and they where barely setting up. I asked about what time to register and the woman was so rude and disrespectful and started arguing that it starts at 6:30 and she wont register us because it’s not time yet. She was so rude and condescending. I was the bigger person and explained that the email said otherwise and she yelled at me saying I’m lying so I showed her the email later and they didn’t even apologize. They have too much pride that made them look pathetic. The race was so unorganized. Waste of $200. Never going to their races again.
